Hello. Has anyone found a good RX for endometriosis. I have tried all the natural things I can. Nothing is working.

I also take orilissa 150 mg tablets. I have been on them since March and they so far has helped a lot. I do still flare ups but they have not been as severe as when I was on different medication or even before I was diagnosed.

I also have endo’s sister disease, adenomyosis. I really wanted to stay off hormones and conventional medications, but my endometriomas kept growing in size and my hemorrhaging was out of control. In October 2021, I had an IUD (mirena) inserted. While I still don’t love the idea of this foreign object in my body controlling my hormones, I will say much of the unbearable pain and super heavy bleeding has been eliminated.

Obviously what works for some people doesn’t work for others, it’s the bitch of endometriosis… my magic potion seems to be or Orilissa 200 mg, and norethindrone continuously to skip my period & manage bone loss (plus vitamin d & calcium). Also strength training & consistent EXERCISE. I had two massive endometriomas, I had them removed and was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis. My pain seems to be really well-managed since surgery so I feel lucky, but even on days I don’t feel good I force myself to even go for a 30 minute walk and I know it helps. Gotta keep moving

@EP806 thanks. I go on walks very often. And do ballet bar excersizes
