Light Period After Long Gap

Are you on birth control my birth control slowed mine down as well as my regular meditation made it irregular I would second going to the OBGYN

I would definitely try and see an OBGYN for your problem, your cycle sounds really irregular. I get mine every month but they are never the same way twice, some are excruciatingly painful and light while others are less painful and heavy. I was recently put on a form of birth control to help me out, but fr, I'd call an OBGYN. :)
