Anyone have any suggestions for dealing with panic attacks? Both while you’re having them and self care afterwards. I have to handle mine alone and was wondering if there are any self soothing techniques you guys find that work for you.

    What worked best for me after my attacks is watching shows/movies that make me laugh or smile while all bundled up in a warm blanket burrito. And rehydrating bc I cry tons during my attacks.
