Why do I always help others but struggle to ask for help?

Sometimes we accept help and move on. I’m really sorry. If you reach out though, someone will do the same for you. We don’t always know who’s going to return the favor ❤️

I'm the same way. In a way I find it easier to help others than to accept help myself, but it is therapeutic in a way. Its good to do nice things like that and the good energy should come back round to you. But of course there has to be balance, Don't spread yourself too thin in the process 💕

You aren't being selfish and there's nothing wrong with what you're doing. Everyone has stuff to deal with and if you only ever worry about others you'll only wear yourself out more. If you need help, then reach out
