Playing instruments with numbness

I sing and am learning electric bass. It can be hard sometimes when my hands are cold or my arms are feeling weak though… I also sew and the weakness in my arms and hands has made that hard sometimes. I guess it makes those days when I can play and sew that much sweeter though??

I play the violin, but I was already playing before I had the condition, which made it a lot easier to play with the numbness and shaking
