Natural Supplements for High Blood Pressure?

I have to avoid sodium for this raises my b/p and carbs I donot eat sugar period. I stick to pure water or hot tea and use stevia, from the stevia plant for my tea. ..I have always weighed 116-120 lbs and I have increased to 138lbs so Dr. suggested I go back to my "normal" weight plus I gain it around my gut area/waist ...that's the worst place to gain, I went from a size 3-4 to a size 8 sometimes 10!!! That's outrageous for me😪 Non of my clothes fit, unless they have elastic around waist. Its very uncomfortable. I must get back down. I'm starting to walk fast about 10,000 steps a day has been working. ❤️. 🤗 🙌 🌱

My Heart Heath , plus walk at least 5 times a week for 30 minutes !
