Tbh setting alarms/timers and mapping out every step of what I'm trying to do as well as taking a short break and planning the next task has helped reduce it by a lot

I have literally trained myself like a dog and I hate it but it kinda works. 🤣😭😭😭 My husband has also learned that rewards and positive reinforcement are necessary if you want me to pick up any sort of habit. 🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭
