My ability to multitask really well as long as I don’t have to comprehend what I’m doing

that's relatable af. When I worked at Wendy's, I could do so many things at once. You need me to take an order, fill a drink, take cash, and pass out the food all while keeping my station stocked for literal hours? I got you. But if I have to actually think about literally any of that, I can do one thing. One.

I get random bursts of energy, even on a low energy day and it honestly is such a great feeling to change from being tired to all of a sudden extremely hyper for little to no reason

the happiness i feel when listening to music specifically songs with harmonies like multiple ppl singing on top of each other :) and the happiness that comes from hyperfixations. even though they’re temporary (unless they turn into a special interest for me haha) there’s something kind of beautiful about it??

hyperfixtation that makes me create and finish art and projects i love, being able to multitask mentally when i'm not overwhelmed, creativity and finding connections between things that most people dont, it has a lot of struggles but i enjoy some of the not harmful symptoms

That you can randomly have times where your brain lowkey doesn't work and everything is really funny, almost as if you're high. This happens to me especially when I'm sleep deprived and it's honestly really fun when it doesn't get in the way

While I hate having ahdh it genuinely helps with anxiety cause I start to think less about my actions whitch has it's pros and cons but it helps me be extraverted and helps me connect better :)
