The anticipation and waiting for an event or something is so difficult! What helps me is pacing and literally wiggling the excess energy off. I'll jump, yell, talk loudly, wiggle my arms, and flap my hands. It helps me ground myself before going anywhere or when I'm expecting people to be over at my house.

I feel anxious mostly when I have to attend a social gathering. Before that I had daily anxiety but I learned to keep busy and listen to YouTube meditation for anxiety. That has helped me
