Fat Atrophy After Steroid Injection with EDS

Anyone with EDS experience fat atrophy after steroid injection? My Derm insists that it shouldn’t be possible with the dosage he used, but it’s obviously there. My theory is that this is related to the wonky collagen with EDS.

I have had weird reactions to every injection i can remember. The covid j&j gave a really strange cyst like my acne usually shows as, but the tetanus I got last week made a big fat lumpn i had to dig out—which turned out to be another giant sandworm (disgusting growth of collagen snaking through me)
