I have school tomorrow and I can’t stop think about it I can’t sleep I go to school at 6 and it’s 3:39 am rn I can’t stop biting my lips and gums x and I can’t stop talking to myself about what I feel thinking there’s someone there’s listening to me x which makes me even more sad when I realize there’s nobody by my side and actually listening x I feel this anxiety I can’t explain x it’s like I care too much and when I go to school even if I have a-lot of friends I still worry over who I talk too, what they think of me , if they talk behind my back, I care a-lot x I’m really insecure because I have never been able to trust someone so I can’t really never stop worrying and thinking x and when I try to tell my family mom always says I crazy/stupid for thinking and stressing over at least one person x I wish she could understand I see the world as if everyone judged me and that’s it’s gotten to a really dark point for me and that I’m also a human with feeling and acceptions

      I really hope that you were able to get some sleep and had a good first day of school. i completely understand the anxiety and nervousness of going to school, i promise you aren’t the only one with these worries. I know it’s so hard to look outside of the box, but try to remember that everyone is so focused on themselves that nobody is judging you or paying attention to who you are talking to, what you are doing or anything else you might be worried about.       Do something to ease your mind . What do you like to do in your free time? The best habit for me was to go outside and relax! Sometimes I meditate for a few minutes. It’s completely normal to be nervous! Don’t worry ! Try to think of it as it will be over with soon. Time does go fast ! Imagine it as wow let’s enjoy this school year and get our goals reach!

      Write down the worst that could happen. Write your feelings and your thoughts. You should have a schedule just go by your schedule and ask staff for help if you get turned around. the first day is scary for everybody but you have this👏🏻

      sometimes what makes me happy before facing the world is doing something i enjoy like my hair or painting my nails. then when i’m gong about my day i can look at my nails or my reflection if i need a moment and remember that happiness i felt earlier that day. you’re not stupid or crazy at all i promise. people don’t tend to understand anxiety and i’m glad i’m here to tell u that i understand u❤️ i bet you’re a super cool person too. i’m sure a lot of other people you see in person think that too

      hey, I hope your day is doing a bit better now. school is... school lol🤧 I think it's always that really really nervous, tummy-hurting kinda thing during the first few weeks which lowkey sucks. But maybe try to find ways to calm yourself before you go? maybe put on a bit of music, your fav or that you listen to relax you (you can try headphones too, those are my bff). you could plan a really nice outfit the day prior,maybe once a week (that can get pretty nerve wracking too if done daily) try skincare, products you like the smell, texture or you really like using :3 feel free to text me if you need it !!
