Hi guys just wanted to share something. I finally ordered ring splints to help my hyper mobile fingers! I don’t have EDS or HSD but I do have hypermobility from hypotonia (low muscle tone) and they cause me quite a lot of problems on a daily basis as well as subluxations and flare ups so I’m very happy that I’ve taken steps to try and get myself something that can really help.
