TW: suicide attempt Had a very very rough night. I started with me just interfering with my boyfriends personal space and then we just keep on fighting and fighting for point where he thinks that I don’t love him anymore and four point where I feel like we would break up. But I know deep in my heart that we are committed 100%. I am the worst girlfriend in the world. Especially of how much I hurt him and how much I pushed him over the edge tonight to the point where he had a knife, a stick knife next to his bed. I don’t think I’ll ever forgive myself for that 😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔

      Something that has really helped me with emotional dysregulation has been DBT, I have a really hard time with black and white thinking and extreme thinking and it has helped me cope with that a little bit, If you want, I can send you a prompt that has helped me a lot, I’m glad that y’all have apologized today, it sounds like you’re feeling really bad about it and that in itself makes you so good🙏🏻 ultimately you are not responsible for your boyfriend’s reactions to things, you’re only responsible for you🥺❤️

      Sorry to hear you are having a rough time. 😥😥 I have thesame issues with my now husband depression rages in both of us. We were arguing and well. He was the one to take a knife and pretty much slit his wrist. This was over a year ago..he did survive but it terrified me. I haven't harmed myself in 6 years. Depression is ugly and the things It can make us do. 😥😥 it all is scary.

        @Nasha I mean we said we are sorry and today he’s feeling a lot better than he was yesterday, he had a bad day, and I’m not. We had plans for tonight but I just don’t know if it’s gonna be possible. And besides he has a lot going on today and doesn’t have time for me anyways
