Questioning My Diagnosis: Am I Really Sick?

I have the same question. To be honest I think that a lot of neurologists diagnose migraines because they don't know what's going on, but I don't think you'll ever really know what causes them unless you get a physical test that diagnoses you with something that can cause migraines. Idk I have daily headaches, migraines and visuals and every test, and mri comes back perfectly normal.
