Checking in on Your Emotions Today

I feel horrible, but all of the problems that I’m experiencing would be too much to type out. Been having a lot of heart problems, asthma, what seems like central sleep apnea, allergies, and some sort of respiratory virus.. All of this has left me so unbelievably stressed out, and begging for answers. I’m really worried about my heart, especially. My whole family has a huge history of heart disorders and I feel like I’m joining that statistic. There’s nothing worse than having no answers to your problems..
