Checking in on Everyone's Coping Today

I’ve not had access to either of the meds that help make them stop in about four months. I took Emgality and Botox. There’s enough residual in my system that my migraines aren’t severe until nighttime but they are gradually worsening again. I do have some kind of migraine headache every day, just not until it’s time to sleep! ☹️ also the snow makes it worse. I suppose overall I’m just worn down. A bit frustrated. Nervous about going back to neurology. The injections always make me nervous.
