I’ve been dealing with minor panic attacks more frequently and the anxiousness that triggers them have been consistently looming. I chalk it up to intrusive thoughts or just thinking too much at least about death and all that but I’m not really sure why it’s happened. It feels like I’m in the midst of something existential and uhhh. Surreal.

      Maybe try therapy? Meditation also works. Something to get you more connected to your universe. Presence is key!

      Hey don’t worry man. I’ve gone through a very very similar thing in my life and whoo boy did it control my actions. It seems to me that you feel stuck. And find it hard to move toward anything. I’m assuming it’s also hard to find any motivations at all. Look, here’s the advice I can give at least towards a younger me. Buckle down! Start your day with FIRE IN your soul. Just uhh juussssttt just breathe and and and and deal with it. Talk to people about it. Perhaps even forget that it’s even a thing going on in your life right now! And most of all. Don’t. Give. Up. ;)

        @Snooblez Love that ❤️. Yeah I’ve been through a similar situation. What I do is I read books. Or use a fidget cube. Keep it up.
