Been suffering from chronic lower back pain. Have pain and tightness on my right side from the neck shoulder region, all the way down my buttocks. Recently received dry needling of the QL muscle which has had some help. When I try to reach outwith my arms at times get a shooting pain in my lower back and get a lower back spasm. Looking into possible piriformis or psoas syndrome. Doctor says my spine has a little bit of a disc bulge but no affects to the sciatic nerve (after MRI.) even though I get siatic pain in the latter part of the day. Seems that pain worsens when I walk or stand for long periods. Also get sensitive and a lot of nerve pain in the iliac crest region. I also get numbness and tingling in my arms and hands from time to time when my nerves are aggravated. Sometimes I shake and it is hard for me to grab small objects with my hands.
