Dealing with unbearable menstrual cramps

I have had heavy periods my whole life but the past few years my cramps got slowly unbearable. one period was so bad i got an ultrasound to check for cysts. ibuprofen doesn’t work, i have been prescribed naproxen and that is a hit or miss. I have tried explaining to my doctors about my constipation, painful defecation, bloating, and my extreme cramps and i just feel like they do not listen. it’s always “take ur naproxen at a different time before it starts”, or “birth control”! I am so sick of doctors glorifying birth control, it’s not for everyone. Birth control has been tried. same symptoms and added on even more like headaches and fatigue. My cramps feel heavy, stabbing, sometimes pulsing, sometimes achy. I have terrible constipation and i just want to find someone like me if they have resolved it or not. anyone else? 😅
