I really would appreciate any advice on how to stay hydrated during flares. I get sick when I drink water or any electrolytes when I’m feeling this bad but I know the hydration would help tremendously.

I love nutrition shakes. Not because of the nutrients but just because they’re tasty, they’ve been a great way for me to stay hydrated recently. Mine are “Ensure” original in milk chocolate flavor.

Milk helps me. It stays put longer than water which I tend to pee out more than I talk in. Also we make broths (salted) in our instant pot. In fridge they make cool tasty drinks also.
Is it the flavor of electrolytes that makes you sick? If so, you could try Buoy hydration drops. I haven’t tried it yet but it’s supposed to be flavorless in anything but water so you can add to tea, juice, etc.
Call me crazy but if you tolerate it: pickle juice. Popsicle can be a option too! And electrolyte replacements like: drip drop, liquid iv and many others. Gatorade and pedialyte can help too
