Effective treatments for chronic pain?

Weed is my life saver. Smoking works wonders and there are also topicals that ive found helpful at times. I’ve also used vaginal Valium suppositories. I recently started using the Jovi patch and I LOVE it - it works wonders. And when in doubt, always a heat pack

A heat pack or a hot shower. Also sometimes I will use weed and that helps too. Ibuprofen doesn’t even touch it 😬
