anyone who is diagnosed/not yet diagnosed with psychosis, what symptoms do you experience? i don’t really know if what’s happening to me is normal. i’ve had a couple episodes in the past but i don’t know if another one is coming on because there’s no delusion this time. weirdly i can’t remember what’s happening so i don’t know what’s wrong and i don’t know what to look for.

I have delusions and both visual & auditory hallucinations. I sometimes am able to tell that what I'm seeing isn't real, especially if there's no delusion happening. but if I'm heavy into my delusions, I fully believe my hallucinations? if that makes sense

im clinically diagnosed, really all you need to pay full attention to when figuring out if something if a delusion or not is three things: 1.) whether or not the specific event/feeling happens in recurring dreams or not 2.) keep check on all five senses (touch, sound, taste, smell) 3.) the memory/episode whatever resurfaces eventually. if these do not happen, it's probably just a delusion. hope this helps
