      I’ve just started using apps like Nerva or Mahana IBS that focus on the gut-brain connection in the body and improving symptoms through CBT. That could be something worth looking into!

      For nausea I've only had luck with ondansentron, but i think it causes constipation after, I find that icepacks, baths, and mint essential oil are the best natural treatments that don't have side effects.

      For pills what worked the best what i did a trial of was viberzi. It works on the same mechanism that opiods do without the high. I found it relieved diarrhea as well as some intestinal pain
