I initially used a lot of medications, routine and as needed meds, and lots of therapy and just kind of learned to turn it off when it was too much. I don’t know if that’s good or not. I do a lot of ignoring/avoidance too, which I know is not good coping, but I own it at least and talk to my therapist about it. So much that is happening right now it just too much and at this point I just don’t care. If you have meds, use them until you find different coping mechanisms. My therapist is big on journaling. My PCP is big on exercise to improve mental health. It worked for a little bit.
