I think I had my first panic attack today. I was so scared the whole time because I didn’t know what to do or how to breathe through it. Thankfully I managed to calm down eventually, but it was still so scary. I’ve been so overwhelmed and stressed with everything in my life and now I’m worried I won’t be able to get through this. I don’t even know if I have the ability to get better anymore. I’m so lost and scared.

When that happens, it is hard to keep your breath under control, but remember, YOU are in charge, YOU can control your breathing. Breath in 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, or for 4 seconds and repeat. This helps me
❤️ you can. I know you can ❤️ sometimes when we fall down, all we see is the ground beneath us, and that’s okay. Just keep moving your feet
@4byfour It’s super hard after a panic attack!!! Just know I’m right here with you. Just give it some time 💕

Awww 😥 have you used therapy for your anxiety?
@Deltah I’ve been going to therapy for about a year now. It’s helped a bit, but my life has been spiraling out of control recently so I haven’t been doing too great
