does anyone have any tips for dealing with extreme fatigue? I do online school but I can barley get anything done because i’m either way too tired or asleep. help?

Drink water regularly, and eat something salty with it. It helps me stay hydrated and not hungry without the sleepiness after a big meal.

Eating small meals helps me to feel more alert. After a big meal, I always feel tired and must go to sleep. So, I eat more meals but smaller ones, and it keeps me up.
I found that splitting up my day and doing my work day in 3 parts and napping between helped me when my fatigue was at its worst. Figure out how long you can stay awake and if there are things that help you stay awake just a little longer
