I cant eat anything (besides a handful of pretzels) without having major stomach pains. I also can’t really keep the food down which seems to make my stomach ache worse. any advice??

it’s been going on for almost a week. Feels just like a sick stomach? idk it’s hard to describe. I guess if you just had a really bad flu that could compare to the feeling. I was planning on going to a doctor tomorrow but i’m nervous they will just blame it on my period or anxiety because that happened often but i feel like it is something else going on :/

How long has this been going on? I would suggest that if it goes on for too much longer it might be good to go to a doctor, but I may need more context? What kind of pain?
