I completely understand. I’m inching forward to sharing more with my tight group of friends, but it can be very difficult even when people know.
I can relate 100%, the pressure of telling your friends too and not wanting to feel selfish or scared they will treat you differently. I completely get it. Even when you are surrounded by people you still feel alone and that’s normal
I do, I'm not in the position of being alone anymore but I was for many years. It helped immensely having a close knit group of friends with similar mental illnesses
