I don’t really know how to type this. I hate asking for help. I’ve been taking my medications, Prozac, and I’m just really not doing well. I feel so alone and just hurt. Tw I guess, but I used to self harm and I’m really craving to. I feel like I have nothing left. Not a single drop of happiness is left. I feel I have no purpose to be here anymore. What do you guys do when you feel like this, if you do? I love weightlifting, I actually have a competition coming up, which is the only thing keeping me going at this point

I really appreciate everyone, I got in with my therapist and talked it out for a bit. Hugs to you all ❤️

I know when I was on Prozac I was having suicidal thoughts... I know Prozac isn't for everyone. Maybe you could reach out to your doctor about what's been going on. 💗
I’m on Prozac and feeling the exact same way
Taking care of yourself; hot baths with aromatherapy and candies, music, hiking, spending time in nature, talk with close friend or friends, walk, journal, yoga, sleep(not too much though) animals, beach, drive up to the mountains at night and star gaze. Road trip. Read a good book, etc. I try to distract myself with positive people and self care. I am so sorry you are feeling this way. I have been there many many times, it does pass. Hugs to you
I'm sorry you are struggling, but I'm glad you have something you are passionate about! That is everything. I try to remind myself constantly of the things that bring me joy, and thats also what keeps me going. Also the cycle of negative thinking is really hard to break and it may feel like you are lying to yourself at first, but it does help and gets easier overtime.
Squeezing an icecube helps with self harm urges. I wish I had better advice. Sending hugs ❤️
