Dealing with Daily Migraines: Seeking Advice

I've been on Botox for 3 years and I get it every 3 months. It definitely helps. But does feel bad the Botox wears off.

I have them every single day, I was taking the aimovig but lost my health insurance so I havent had medicine for them in about a year, I have found that a dark room and an ice pack are all I really have its not perfect but it helps me relax gor a short period of time. Aimovig was the best thing I had taken for my migraines.

I have but I'm on Aimovig and get them maybe once a week if not I will get a headache a week before i supposed to take the medicine for that week.
