I struggle with this daily, I recently had a terrible ‘attack’ or how ever you want to call it. And it has really sent me back, I typically try to workout 4 to 5 days a week and use that to really help with my mood but with the symptoms being so bad i havent been able to and am trying other methods to felt battle the depression.

@Beautifullyhuman_ i am re-listening to a favorite podcast which helps since its something that brings me joy and relaxes me and i can do it while i drove to work or clean the house, i have been trying to schedule small blocks of time to accomplish tasks that would otherwise be difficult or daunting, like putting aside 15 mins to do a task and when i know it will be over soon if feels less daunting and i feel better after the task is complete
