I wouldn't jump to a cancer diagnosis because you will make yourself sick and stressed with worry if you work yourself up about having cancer. It's more probable that it's some other condition because gastric cancer has the same symtpoms as a lot of other diagnosis, and it's more helpful to worry about what is the most probable outcome than the worst case scenario
