I hate it when people make me feel rude for feeling my feelings the way I do. I'm not wanting pity or something like that I just need to get it off my chest.

Yeah I feel that completely. It's something I've been working on for months. Not focusing on "me me me" and what I want...but being more aware of others needs and seeing their perspectives vs being stuck in my own mind. It sucks having BPD because everything is so much work and it's constant work, like you even let up a little bit and you lose major progress 😩

This is exactly how I feel, my everyday thoughts and actions are constantly backed with the thought of “is this manipulative? or is this genuine.”
