I have three types of chronic pain. One is pains in the same spot every time like my jaw pain and wrists, fingers, ankle and knee pain. These pains are worse when it cold or if i fail to exercise. If I move them regularly and use heat packs they seem to ease up. Chamomile supplements also seem to help the heat packs work better for that pain. Tylenol does seem to do mych for any of my pain. The other pain I have is a random aching that flows and ebbs throughout my whole body. It never really leaves completely. It lasts as long as it lasts in one spot before fading there and popping up in another spot. Its as if a person follows me around poking me hard. It's not joint or muscle and it's never been diagnosed. But I found eating an anti inflammatory diet with more fiber and a multivitamin makes the pain a lot less painful in the long run. I also get fake pains. Like I stepped on a tack or burned my hand or gotten stung by a bee when I did not. I'm still at a loss for this one.
