I’m 61 and I feel like I have had this condition for many years my legs have always been achy I’ve always had random pains here and there that no doctor could ever pinpoint. Lately my knees were acting up and now my shoulder is acting up I think it’s all connective tissue I worry about future I want to keep moving but some days it hurts really bad
