Is it disrespectful for my ex to follow girls after our breakup?

I have been through this in the past I think I went from feeling like I was in shock and surprised to confused and depressed but ultimately it was a sign that he had changed and I was keeping up to his change and I was never going to be able to adjust I simply was not that type of person I was when we met any more. It's a long road but u will get there.

Hey hun I totally understand this. Just went through a break up myself. I am there with you hun. It’s hard, I thought this too with him. Bc he seemed to being doing just fine and I felt like I was breaking down. Tbh we don’t really know if he is or not. Even though it would make the wondering stop we won’t know unless he were to truly answer himself. I think if anything right now is just knowing how you feel. And knowing it’s okay whatever you are feeling. And taking care of yourself through it all. I know break ups are hard. There are a lot of different reasons he could be doing that. But for the best of your mind I would try not to dive into why he is but checking on yourself. Or if you really feel up to it ask him? I asked, I got the answer. Not sure if it’s true so I had to let that go. I bet you he did. Just some people are different with their grief ya know.

It’s really difficult processing a breakup. I am sure that he cares still and cared about you. We can’t just turn our feelings off after a breakup. It’s like processing a loss, we each have our own ways to cope with grief and loss. What are some things that you find make you happy after the breakup?
