Managing Chronic Pain: What Works?

Going to get a massage helps me alot I can't do it alot but it helps so much

I use Celebrex and it’s helped a lot along with regular visits to the chiropractor.

I got prescribed an NSAID called Diclofenac to help with the pain. I haven't noticed a huge difference yet though

I see a chiropractor regularly, that has improved my life so much. Also got a TENS unit to use at home, under the guidance of my chiro.
