Navigating a Polyamorous Relationship

I am in a polyamorous relationship. Tonight my girlfriend and I are going to talk to our boyfriend about our relationship. We’ve been talking about doing it for a few weeks. We’re both unhappy. I don’t want to leave him, I love him, but I don’t know whether or not he’ll work with me to fix it. My girlfriend wants to leave which I understand. I’m just so anxious and to top it all off it’s New Year’s Eve and we were going to get together to exchange Christmas gifts but she doesn’t want to wait any longer. Meanwhile, my dermatillomania is getting worse. It’s the bottom of my feet this time and it’s getting so bad it’s hard to walk especially at work.
