      @Kate_ as in they can contribute to depression? That’s such a conundrum bc MCAS can cause depression too, & oral antihistamines are super necessary to control that 😥

      Be careful with oral antihistamines! I didn’t realize they are a depressant and things got bad. For my scalp I legit parted my hair and put vaseline on my scalp let it just sit while I did work around the house and what not then washed it out!

        @Kate_ yesss cannot vouch for this enough. Hair oil and then put vaseline on top to seal it in!! Might have to shampoo twice after but boy it works wonders.

      I tried many. What helped best was clobetasol ointment.

      Hello! I have tried many antihistamines topically but what’s worked for me best would be the Benadryl branded gel (not the cream) depending on severity I would also consult with your doctor to get a minor steroid for severe swelling hope this helps :) <3
