I’m wondering if I am autistic, and I’m interested in learning what supports might help. I am having more trouble regulating stress in the pandemic. I am often left wondering if it’s all in my head, because I’ve learned to mask so well and others don’t understand. Curious if others share this experience!

      Sorry it took so long to respond. If you feel like your are autistic you can be tested but I also know celiac can cause severe brain fog and a bunch of other symptoms. I’m an isolater with a bunch of anxiety so I’m sure celiac doesn’t help. I also have trouble regulating my emotions and that is something my therapist and I are slowly working on.

      Sorry I don't really have much in the way of suggestions, but I feel you! I'm not diagnosed, but I have many autistic characteristics. I think for me just coming to terms with this just being how my brain works and trying to be better aware of my body and brain has been good. I spent so much of my life being confused by other people's advice before realizing much of it really doesn't work for me. I think therapy has helped a lot; a good therapist can help you be creative and invent strategies to get to a better place based on figuring out what works for you specifically
