is anyone else afraid of aging? i saw something online that said when old people look in the mirror they're shocked to see a wrinkled face staring back at them, because they feel like they were just 20 yesterday. i know it's an irrational fear but the thought that my life is so much shorter than i think it'll be terrifies me

I'm trying not to be scared of it but besides aging itself I'm more scared of the change of time with it. One day you're a kid and the next you're adult... it's the shock of change and adjustment to that for me š„ Especially if emotionally or mentally stunted
