Struggling to Quit Xanax for Chronic Anxiety

Me too! But I’ve had chronic panic and anxiety for almost 40 years to the point where my fingers start curling up! I haven’t been on Xanax that long! That was in my early 20’s and then I went off just one pill about a month ago and it started happening again! So I went back on it! I’m dealing with extreme pain problems from a bad neck surgery that was a fusion but it messes up all my muscles, nerves which in turn causes major problems and I was told there’s nothing they can do about it! It’s a bunch of bull crap! I know you can’t go off Xanax cold turkey as it can kill you!
