Diminishing Gag Reflex: Anyone Else?

I had something similar a while ago I would say it felt like a lump in my throat that I can’t ever swallow down doctors didn’t know what it was and I was kinda mad because they are supposed to know everything I mean they went to school for so many years so I said you know what imma do it myself so I did my own research and found out that it’s just a flexed muscle in neck that just won’t relax so I did neck exercises and it went away forever I don’t know if you have the same thing but I hope this helps
