So it’s the first week of class… and I’ve had 5 seizures this week. I’m so upset. I had one in the middle of my class and had to leave early. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with the hopelessness feelings or even any tips of what to do when ur in public and feel like you might have a seizure? I just had another one today and I’m just feeling extremely upset right now, any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated <3

I havent had a seizure in a while but when I used to have them when I was out, the people who needed to know, I'd usually attempt to tell them then get to my car fast and lay in the passenger seat until it passed. Possibly if you let your teachers know depending on how soon you can recognize its about to happen, you can find somewhere safe to be until it passes. Somewhere that would become routine enough for people not to get upset or too alarmed.

@Mrs.Rainbow6 I’m trying to tell my professors and stuff but I’m in a lecture hall with 200 students so it’s h a r d and especially since one of my classes is an 8 hour long clinical like idk, I’m feeling like I’ll have to drop out because I obviously can’t do this if I can’t go one day without a seizure
