Dealing with alcohol-induced depression

This happened to me! I was sober for 10 months and then I relapsed and drank a ton I got extremely depressed and really anxious for months. The darkest place I've been in many many years. Personally, I couldn't get out of it on my own. I had to increase my Prozac and hydroxyzine. about 2 weeks after the increase, I started feeling myself again. It was def a kick in the face, a place I don't want to be in again. I hope this get better for you, good luck.
