I have done it all. I have had RLS and Fibromyalgia for over 20 years. Recently I was put on gabepentin but my Rheumatologist put me on Ketoconazole, it’s a fungal medication because since I have been taking biologics for Psoriatic Arthritis I have had thrush, dry mouth and thrush on my genitals front and back. The fungal medicine is really bad for your liver. Anyways I am willing to try most anything within reason.

Have they checked your iron? Low iron can cause restless legs too just an fyi

Magnesium is helpful. There are also things that can trigger it. Benadryl (which is in OTC sleep aids) can trigger it. Hot showers help me. Sometimes I use a muscle rub that has that icy-hot effect. That seems to provide some relief sometimes. Epson salt baths also. ❤️
