For me, routines and a really good support system are the most helpful. I still struggle daily but it isn't as severe as it used to be. I'm more than happy to be part of that system if you need it.

I recommend getting coloring books for anxiety you can get Harry Potter n other kind of books to color and it’s fun
I find a mindset that works for me. Like, there are so many things out of our control, so why worry about them? And that I'm one person of billions that have lived, so my problems aren't as big as I make them out to be.
Staying away from caffeine, listening to music. I just got loop earplugs and they help me with my anxiety.
In my opinion/experience so far: -DBT(dialectical behavior therapy) in general, pretty much all of it -Breathing exercises -Using sensory things for grounding or self soothing (cold/an ice pack or warmth/a heating pad or compress, and certain scents in candles/incense or lotion, hot herbal tea that smells and tastes good, etc.) -Practicing mindfulness throughout the day if and when you can(use an app or set alarms, plan it for certain breaks in your day... just make time for nothing except existing for a little bit, even if it's 5-10 minutes twice a day) -CBD oil(I primarily take it for pain but it helps with my anxiety, too) -Getting an ESA(emotional support animal), or finding a therapist with a therapy-dog, or just visiting with animals of friends and family or at an animal by shelter. -Beta blocker(it's for my tachycardia, but it does also help with that in my opinion) -Meeting with or talking to someone you can trust who is relatively impartial(a therapist or counselor) but will be honest, supportive, and validating when needed. -Magnesium glycinate, specifically this type of magnesium supplement -The right meds(this is subjective and also varies over time and by situation and person, but I figured I should include it, since I've found them extremely helpful now that I've found the right combination for me for now)
i highly recommend looking into mugwort tea! it helped mine loads

listening to music is my main thing for handling anxiety. but i also try to remember to do breathing exercises, and going for a walk is usually grounding for me
Staying grounded helps. So sometimes just petting my dog or doing a craft I enjoy helps a lot. And keeping my mind occupied so my intrusive thoughts don't get the best if me. I recently bought a wreck this journal off of Amazon and doing the silly little tasks in there helps too!

I repeat ‘all things in the universe turn to ash’ when I’m fixated on worst case scenarios. A friend told me that once. It does actually help a bit
Being around the people you love and Don't feel anxious around but some people feel anxious all the time so eating on time and staying hydrated 😁
