I made a huge mistake, and now I feel awful. My aunt had some broccoli, and I forgot just how bad it makes me feel when I eat it. I ate so much of it, and now I’m bloated, nauseous, and it’s making me have a bowel movement that’s super uncomfortable. I haven’t had it in forever, and I just had to eat it. I’m so bloated, I never want to eat again!! I hate having IBS so much, it’s the bane of my existence. It makes every day of my life exhausting and it takes such a huge toll on me both physically and mentally. I wish I could take a magic pill that would fix everything wrong with me, but that obviously doesn’t exist. If only I didn’t have IBS, my life would be so much better. I would be happier, healthier, and would be so much farther ahead than I am right now. I know it’s not good to blame it for everything, but it’s so true. If I didn’t get sick all the time, I would already be in college away from home. But no, I always get sick and end up having to come home. If I didn’t get flare ups at night, I would always wake up rested and ready for the day instead of waking up tired and wanting to die. I’m just so sick and tired of being sick and tired. I’m sorry for the large rant, I’m just in pain and upset right now.

Broccoli is my arch nemesis, I feel for you!!! Drink some water and take some deep breaths. This isn't easy, but I promise it will pass. You're not alone!
