I wake up around 10pm last night with the feeling of impending doom this is the 3rd time it’s happened to me this year I feel as tho it’s if I eat and fall asleep my blood pressure is sky high 250/120. When this happens I get really nervous body gets into a state of jitters I don’t know what’s causing this but I am under a lot of stress and even tho I went to the hospital and all test came back fine I still hate this feeling anyone else this feeling ever ?
