hi everyone! i’m new to alike but am looking forward to being here! i don’t have a huge support system at home in terms of being able to openly talk so i’m glad to have found somewhere where i may be able to find some people to relate to a little easier! i’ve recently been diagnosed with ADHD and i’ve struggled with depression and anxiety for a long time but was only recently officially diagnosed with them so i’ve been having a hard time navigating new information having to do with my daily life with ADHD and blending it with my depression and anxiety that i’ve been dealing with for forever. i’m hoping my to build some better habits and learn ways to cope healthily. nice to meet everyone!
